At Perspective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.

Return & Exchange Window

• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

• Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Products that show signs of use, damage, washing, alteration, or missing tags may not be eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Reason for return/exchange

• Clear photos/videos of the product, if applicable

• Images of the packaging and shipping label, if required

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. After verification, we may offer a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to the applicable payment method and eligibility of the order.

Shipping charges, convenience charges, or other non-refundable charges, if applicable, may not be included in the refund.

• Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
